What is the typical delivery time for custom-made tack?
Standard in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. However, custom-built saddles and personalized leather goods typically require 8 to 12 weeks for production by our master saddlers in Europe.
How should I care for my Stübben leather products?
To maintain the longevity of your equipment, we recommend using Stübben Hamanol dressing. Clean your leather with a damp cloth after every ride to remove sweat and dirt, then apply conditioner regularly to keep the fibers supple.
Do you offer a warranty on your saddles?
Yes, all Stübben saddles come with a 5-year warranty on the saddle tree against structural defects and a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Unused, standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
