At Stübben, we are committed to providing the highest quality equestrian equipment; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring that leather goods are protected to prevent scratching or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master saddlers inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
